Champion's Arena is operated by Ziska Pharmaceuticals Ltd. as a closed-circle football prediction game. This policy explains what we store, why we store it, and how to delete it.
What we collect
Champion's Arena stores your username, display name, assigned brand, favorite teams, prediction picks, points, sessions, in-app notifications, and basic activity logs needed to operate the game. If you set a profile picture, we store that image. If you enable notifications, we store your device push token (with the app version and operating-system version of that device) and, on the web, your browser push subscription, so we can deliver notices.
How we use your data
We use this data to authenticate closed-circle members, keep scores, show leaderboards, personalize team views, send admin notifications, prevent abuse, and support the app.
What is public in the app
Leaderboards show display name, brand, rank, and total points. Your full prediction history is visible to you and the app admins only — never to other members.
Cookies and local storage
We use a minimal session cookie to keep you signed in, and local storage to cache the app shell for offline use. No third-party advertising trackers are used.
Push notifications
If you opt in, we store the push token or browser subscription for your device and use it to send match-day reminders, scoring updates, and occasional admin notices. You can revoke push permission at any time from your device or browser settings, which stops delivery and lets us drop the stored token.
Highlights and external links
The Highlights tab is a list of recent matches that links out to the original source video (for example, the broadcaster's YouTube page). Champion's Arena does not host, store, or stream that video itself — opening a highlight takes you to the third party, whose own terms and privacy policy then apply.
Data retention
We retain account data for as long as you are an active member. When you delete your account inside the app, we immediately remove account-linked profile data and anonymize residual activity entries needed for scoring integrity. Email deletion requests are handled within 30 days.

You can request account deletion from Profile inside the app, or email admin@scoreandwin.app. For any other privacy concern, the same address reaches the team.
