By signing in to Champion's Arena (“the app”), you agree to these terms. They apply to all closed-circle members invited by Ziska Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
1. Who can use the app
Champion's Arena is a closed-circle prediction game. Access is granted by the admin team to Ziska brand-squad members and invited participants. You must keep your login credentials confidential and you must not share, resell, or transfer your account.
2. How predictions work
The app allows you to predict the outcome and exact score of football fixtures before kickoff or while a match is live. Pre-match picks earn more points than live picks. Predictions close once the match ends. Points are awarded automatically based on official results.
3. No betting, no payments
Champion's Arena is a points-only game. It does not sell entries, accept payments, hold balances, or pay out winnings. There is no monetary value attached to points, rank, or any in-app metric. The app is not a gambling product and must not be used as one.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) abuse, harass, or impersonate other members; (b) attempt to manipulate scores, leaderboards, or admin tooling; (c) reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app or its infrastructure; (d) use the app for any unlawful purpose.
5. Content and intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, screen designs, and software belong to Ziska Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and its partners. You may not copy or redistribute app content without written permission.
6. Availability and changes
The app is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it online but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Match-day pauses for maintenance will be communicated where possible.
7. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt fraud, or compromise the closed circle. You may delete your account at any time from Profile or by emailing admin@scoreandwin.app.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ziska Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and the Champion's Arena team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute shall be resolved through good-faith discussion first, and in the courts of Dhaka thereafter.
